Ware writes: \u201cThey come with attitudes toward relaxation, exploration and escape often proving more predictive than age alone. Understanding these differences reveals three clear cruise audiences and one important group that shows why age alone can be misleading.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>And Ware explains: The cruise marketing opportunity appears to target a single audience. However, a deeper analysis of behaviour, trip length, attitudes, income levels, maintainer age and psychographic scores reveals useful insights.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>In fact, she says: \u201cThere are three clear cruise audiences: loyal committed cruisers, occasional cruisers and interested first-timers. It also reveals one important non-audience: older households that may look like prospects by age, but whose travel motivations point elsewhere.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ware adds: \u201cCruise format matters too.
