WestJet Vacations is making it easier for travel advisors to manage eligible vacation package bookings directly through the WestJet Vacations Agent portal with the introduction of a new self-serve cancellation feature.<\/p>\n

Available through Manage my bookings, the new functionality allows advisors to cancel eligible client bookings online using the guest\u2019s last name, booking number, email address and payment details.<\/p>\n

The feature provides advisors with another self-serve option to manage bookings directly and efficiently for their clients.<\/p>\n

Select bookings are excluded, including FIT bookings, departures within 24 hours, bookings with a previous change or cancellation fee, and bookings with amendments or billing line adjustments.<\/p>\n

Travel advisors can access the new feature through Manage my bookings on the WestJet Vacations Agent Portal.<\/p>\n
