Aurora Expeditions has launched Aurora Advisor Advantage,\u00a0a new suite of benefits, tools and service enhancements designed to make it simpler and more rewarding for travel advisors to sell the small-ship expedition operator\u2019s voyages.<\/p>\n
Developed in direct response to feedback gathered from the travel advisor community over the past year, Aurora Advisor Advantage brings together improvements across\u00a0commission payments, trade rates, sales\u00a0resources\u00a0and digital tools.<\/p>\n

From\u00a02026\u201327 Antarctic season, guests\u00a0will enjoy\u00a0premium beverages, including\u00a0premium spirits, cocktails, beer,\u00a0wine\u00a0and liqueurs,\u00a0included in voyage fares across the fleet at no\u00a0additional\u00a0cost. The expanded inclusions will add further value to the onboard experience and provide advisors with another clear benefit to communicate\u00a0to\u00a0clients.<\/p>\n
Aurora Expeditions has introduced a\u00a0no-charge flexible voyage transfer, allowing clients who are unable to travel after paying their deposit to move their booking to another Aurora Expeditions voyage\u00a0departing\u00a0within\u00a036 months\u00a0of their original departure date, without a transfer\u00a0fee.*<\/p>\n
Aurora Expeditions has brought forward eligible gross commission payments, with advisors now paid\u00a060 days\u00a0before their clients\u2019 departure.\u00a0The revised payment schedule is designed to support advisor cash flow and\u00a0recognize\u00a0their work earlier in the customer journey.<\/p>\n
They will also introduce Aurora Insider Rates,\u00a0giving eligible advisors, their friends and family the opportunity to experience an Aurora voyage when booking within\u00a0120 days\u00a0of departure. Rates will be available from\u00a0US$300\u00a0per person, per day, subject to availability and applicable terms and conditions.\u00a0The enhanced Travel Advisor Hub\u00a0provides a central location for the information and resources advisors need to sell Aurora Expeditions\u2019 voyages.<\/p>\n
Its new\u00a0Dates & Rates Tool allows advisors to view live voyage pricing across every cabin category and check optional activity availability. Voyages can be searched by departure date, region, season, duration,\u00a0ship\u00a0and price, helping advisors compare options and respond to client\u00a0inquiries more efficiently.\u00a0Aurora Expeditions is also developing a\u00a0new online booking portal\u00a0that will allow travel advisors to book expeditions online at a time that suits them.\u00a0Further details and launch timing will be announced as development progresses.<\/p>\n
