For advisors looking for a challenge, take note, Travel Nevada has just launched the Nevada Specialist Challenge in Canada.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s a new trade incentive designed to support Canadian travel advisors and front-line staff by strengthening their destination knowledge and helping them better sell Nevada to clients.<\/p>\n
The Travel Nevada initiative invites non-specialist agents and front-line staff to complete two simple steps for the chance to win one of eight Nevada FAM spots.<\/p>\n
Existing Nevada Specialists may also be eligible to apply to host one of the trips.<\/p>\n
The Nevada Specialist Challenge comes at a time when destination expertise is increasingly important for the Canadian travel trade, with travel advisors seeking fresh, compelling product knowledge to confidently position Nevada to clients looking for city breaks, self-drive journeys, outdoor adventure and immersive USA experiences.<\/p>\n
According to Travel Nevada\u2019s Account Director for Canada, the challenge is designed to make it easier for the trade to engage with the destination, build confidence and convert interest into bookings.<\/p>\n
Corey Marshall explained that: \u201cNow is a great time for Canadian travel advisors and front-line staff to upskill on Nevada. The Nevada Specialist Challenge is designed to reward engagement, support trade education and help advisors confidently promote the destination to clients looking for something a little different.\u201d<\/p>\n
And Marshall added: \u201cWhether they\u2019re new to Nevada or already established as a Nevada Specialist, this initiative gives the trade a valuable reason to get closer to the product and \u2018Get a Little Out There\u2019 with Travel Nevada.\u201d<\/p>\n
The eight prize experiences that are available through the challenge showcase the breadth of Nevada\u2019s appeal, from the bright lights of Las Vegas and Reno to scenic drives, outdoor landscapes and regional experiences that extend beyond the state\u2019s best-known gateways.<\/p>\n
Canadian travel advisors and front-line staff are encouraged to complete the challenge, strengthen their Nevada knowledge and enter for the chance to win one of eight prize experiences.<\/p>\n
