He brings extensive travel industry experience and a proven\u00a0track record\u00a0of success in the Canadian market. He previously served as\u00a0Director of Travel Sales & Retail Operations at CAA Atlantic, where he led sales and service operations, strengthened key partnerships, and implemented strategic initiatives that expanded market share.<\/p>\n
His background also includes global sales leadership and several years with Collette as our\u00a0Business Development Manager for Atlantic Canada, where he achieved exceptional revenue growth and built long\u2011lasting relationships across the region.<\/p>\n
In this new role, Coupland will lead Collette\u2019s Canadian sales team, focusing on deepening support for our travel advisor partners, expanding brand presence, and driving continued growth throughout Canada.<\/p>\n
